Weekly Training Report for 2013-01-06 Training Log Jan 052013 Workouts 1 Time 50 min Running 4.2 miles sat: Locksley-Essex out and back. Ran 4.2 miles for 50 minutes at 11:51 pace. I am still recovering from my cold and this was too much. I pretty much imploded after 3 miles.
