- mon: around neighborhood. Ran 2.5 miles. Slow jog out and back
- wed: to end of road and back. Ran 2.0 miles.
- sun: Lynnfield 10K Loop. Ran 6.2 miles for 94 minutes at 15:09 pace. Gallowalking.. Yep there is an app for that and I used it to time my 3 min run / 2 min walk intervals. I hate having to go back to gallowalking but I feel wonderful to have done the distance today and have 90 minutes on my feet for my first long run since the injury. Followed with a 90 minute nap 🙂
