- tue: Solid row. Rowed 5.0 km for 30 minutes at 6.15 mph. Funny.. My swollen foot shrinks when I row. I think it is the circulation pumping the blood pooling in my useless limb.
- tue: Rowing workout. Rowed 5.0 km for 32 minutes at 5.77 mph. Still trying to find the right way to do this… been putting my right foot on a skateboard so it slides back and forth, but that makes my left glut cramp up. Still.. nice to work up the sweat!
