  • wed: Row, row, row the machine. Rowed 6.0 km for 45 minutes at 4.97 mph. I need to build up to longer sessions. My arms wear out before the rest of my body does.
  • sat: Rowing workout. Rowed 6.0 km for 38 minutes at 5.89 mph. I am out of the cast and into a boot. It is bigger and bulkier.. actually more difficult to row with.
