- thu: 1 Mile warm up, 3 miles of marathon pace, 1 mile cool down. Ran 6.0 miles for 60 minutes at 10:00 pace. Pretty fast run on the track. No issues
- fri: Longer mid week easy run. This is mostly to build miles for the week.. Ran 4.5 miles for 49 minutes at 11:04 pace. slow run
- sat: Long run with walk breaks. Ran 10.0 miles for 109 minutes at 10:59 pace. Cut back run. No issues
