  • mon: Recovery from long run. Pace marathon pace + 1 Intervals of Run 3min, walk 30 seconds. Should be about 4.5 – 5 miles. Ran 4.8 miles for 61 minutes at 12:48 pace. Garmin Edge 205305
  • tue: Continuous run, 3 miles. Ran 3.0 miles for 33 minutes at 11:00 pace. No issues. Felt good.
  • fri: Longer mid week easy run. This is mostly to build miles for the week.. Ran 4.8 miles for 57 minutes at 12:02 pace. Nice and easy, no issues. Really cold though!
  • sat: Cutback week, shorter run of 5 miles. Ran 4.8 miles for 53 minutes at 11:08 pace. Garmin Edge 205305
