207 Pounds, 29% Body Fat (60 pounds of fat) Weight Loss Log Jun 102010 I have increased my cycling quite a bit and joined a local cycling club. I am also starting to add some strength training each week. Walks are up to 4 miles a day. Still counting calories. Progress is still at 1 pound a week unfortunately.
