I added cycling to my activities and find that I can get the heart rate up and hold it for longer than I can when I go jogging.  I have bumped the walking to 3 miles a day.  I am hungry all the time but only 4 pounds down in the last month. I am starting to see a real difference in how I look and feel however, so I am not overly disappointed in the slow progress.
