I wish I had taken progress pictures with my first 15 pounds.  I had never really tried to lose weight and I really didn’t know what I was doing.  It took me 7 months to drop the weight and basically what I did was walk every day and “watched what I ate”.  Of course now I know that I had no idea what I was “watching”.

I then basically stayed at 230 for a year and actually gained a little weight and then brought it back down.
